Bidra med feedbackI will begin my assessment by saying, wow! This place is a must if you are in the area. It is a 5-minute drive from Topanga Shopping Centre. Food is so tasteful and delicious! It's a hidden jewel. I'm just complaining that it needs some rebuilding, it looks a bit down, but don't leave it. The food was delicious and will return when I am tasteful in the area 10/10.
Unbelievable. Order. 1 hour. 45 minutes later, the driver calls from his car to say that I'm coming to my food. This is like the order of board pickup, but parking above the road. I told the driver to go back. He says OK. I'm going back for 5 minutes and nothing I'm trying to call back and nothing. So I started going back in and he finally comes off the front. SMH. Whatever. We're going to eat FINALLY. Plates served us Chow. No, this trash is tasteless, there is absolutely no taste. 2 chicken dishes, GARLIC chicken and CASHEW chicken. Melted like garlic, tasted like nothing but cooked chicken and paprika. Cashew Huhn, we counted all 8 cashews. Wow. Also no taste no zip null zilch. Try just like the garlic chicken minus the always so light heat from the chili in the garlic chicken. Then the WAY over expensive walnut shrimps. So bland, basically only unseasonally fried shrimps. The sauce had no taste again! We thought we had coded and lost our taste. Then we tried the soy sauce and guess what! It tasted like soy sauce! I highly recommend this place. I went from the evaluation, but that's clearly wrong. Or the hundreds of people who wouldn't eat here again just didn't think it was worth checking their time.
New in the area and decided to try this place and I'm glad we did. We ordered the chicken chow fun, cashew chicken, beef with broccoli and one side of rice. The portions are plentiful and the food was amazing! My friend praised the beef with broccoli and she is very picky about her beef with broccoli. Definitely will come back.
We've been coming to this restaurant since 1986! It has changed ownership a few times, but the current management is the best by far. I can't say enough about the crispy half duck - it's delicious and better than any Chinese restaurant in the city! The wonton soup is full of delicious treats. This is hands down the best Chinese food in the valley. The service is great and it's a hidden gem!
Good mood food is what you need sometimes and at Szechwan Inn the portions are good sizes and just what I needed. I have tried a few dishes since this place is not far from work. I glad I found this hidden gem and plan on ordering often!
