The Hive Restaurant - Canoe

I was up visiting from vancouver and was so happy to eat here! i had read reviews but was still so happily surprised by the hive! we ate lunch here one day and then came back in for a coffee. the lunch was amazing but the chai latte i had was a real stand out! mikayla who made it for me was really nice, too! please please please do yourself a favour and stop by the hive! i can't wait to come back

Great food, great service. Friendly little restaurant. Very good with allergies. Try them out for a great meal.

Great find in Canoe, nice restaurant, cool on a hot day, relaxing atmosphere fresh made food of excellent quality and very tasty. Don't rush take your time to enjoy the food. Good food takes time. We will be back for more for sure......

We've heard and read about the Hive and decided to indulge for a family meal. Good food. Fries were great (awesome gravy). Soup wasn't great but the staff happily exchanged it for the other soup offering with no fuss. Kids pulled pork wrap was a big hit. Dessert was amazing (we had the crème caramel (pumpkin style!) and the mousse...we'll be back.

7 of us ate lunch here and it was superb! My Buddha Bowl was amazing! 2 of our group had the taco bowl and asked if the kitchen would do all 3 meats... chicken/pulled pork/beef which they did and they said it was the best they have ever had! The other reason I'm giving this all star rating is because it was the absolute best service any of us have ever had in a restaurant! There is craft beer, in house roasted coffee, impeccable food and outstanding service! If you visit Canoe you must not pass this place by!
