Bidra med feedbackWe love walking crepes and were thrilled to find Crepe Neptune! I especially enjoyed the Cannon Beach Crepe with figs and honey!
They offer gluten-free crepes, made with buckwheat flour. Very recommended, even if you eat gluten. The buckwheat flavor was so good with the ivory crepe (the Fort Stevens with smoked salmon), the crepe was light and the fillings were generous. The next day wanted to come back with the rest of the family, but they were closed! I wish I had ordered more than I had the chance. We look forward to our next trip!
The location itself is simply super. You have 2 self-ordering stations or you can order on the counter. Although it took about 20 minutes to get a crepe, the crepe was perfection and tasty. Your packaging is very thoughtful, it makes it super easy to have every bite without making a mess. Coffee was freshly brewed and hot for a cool afternoon paired with a crepe.
Crepe Neptune does everything right! We decided to go to the city and try this place for a light, fast breakfast. They are all served ice cone style, for a crepe on the jump. There were so many options that it was hard to choose. The menu was very detailed. Savory? Desert? They had also listed a crepe of the day special. When we finally decided what we wanted, they have to order kiosks. Everything is extremely detailed and makes it easy to adjust your selected crepes. I ordered Neptune? Daughter (picture). It had lemon juice, sugar and butter. It was so good! I could have eaten another one. We also ordered the Haystack Rock and the Smugglers Cove. You were all the best crepes we were? ve ever had. I tried a latte with vanilla and cinnamon, which was a good way to start our day by drinking on the beach, watching the waves. There are no seats inside, but there are a few benches near the walk. So do everything on the kiosk, including pay. Once your order is finished, they call your name and voila. The girls and gentleman there in the morning were all smiles. We were very sad that they were closed Monday morning before we left. I needed a last fix before I left Cannon Beach. Bummer. Guess I have to go back!!
Freaking BOMB.COM! My significant other and I got the fort stevens which had smoked salmon, cream cheese, and spinach with a mustard sauce... and the cape falcon which came with lemon curd, strawberries and whipped cream. Delicious! Must must must try! Out of the two our favorite was the fort stevens. Yum!
