Costa Coffee Cannock - Cannock Chase

Awful Costa we won’t be back it was absolutely filthy. Their were flies and midges everywhere. The staff were friendly enough but the cleanliness of this store is shocking. The toilet was awful it was dirty and their was no toilet paper. We left our drinks as the cups were filthy and we were distracted by the midges.

Dreadful! Understaffed and filthy dirty 1st thing in the morning! The guy put the lid to my coffee next to a cloth that he had just wiped down the side with! Also not offered a size of drink, the automatically give you a large if you don’t ask!

It's a nice Costa coffee but never have the drink I want in stock. They run out of cream alot too. Avoid and go to better Costa's

We are frequent visitors to this restaurant,but not for much longer , unless it is cleaned properly and the little flies are got rid of.Food and drinks ok but flies keep landing on your food not acceptable and has been going on for a long time.

Went here yesterday, staffs were ok , but not clean , we sat in the corner by the door, there was lots of feas and little fly’s in the window flying around so won’t be going again
