The efficiency of the servers is commendable! Unfortunately, the quality of the dim sum is somewhat disappointing, as it tends to be too salty and lacks visual appeal. Unfortunately, today the restaurant was very busy. There was a lot of empty tables, but not enough people working. Had to wait a long time to get a table. Asked for some juice that never arrived, had to ask a second time. More people working on busy days, such as public holiday would be good.
