I ordered a pizza. First, at the command of a queen to be removed, the employee behind the crate seized him at 12€. I made him notice that the pizza to take was at €8 in the error menu he explained to me, without any excuse. Secondo and this shocks me because we speak of a chain with protocols and procedures not the least employee wears the mask, nor the people in the preparation behind, nor the young man who takes the order, nor his colleague who joins him at any time at the caisse, nor the 3 bookers who present the point of sale during my waiting. So my analysis is simple, if the sanitary rules applicable to everyone are not, when is it in terms of hygiene of the party not visible by the final customer? I note before I put my message that a client mentions that a week ago nobody wore the mask either. I see the news is in lol. Frankly incommodated...
No person wears his mask in the establishment. Low quality pizza. 1/10
Go your way. This brand encourages consumption. Under 15€, no delivery. Other competitors deliver you without a minimum amount. Their average rating of 3.5 is well overvalued.
Not professional at all. Order for 8 people placed on Pizza Hut website at 8:39 pm for delivery. I had to call them 1h after I heard them, they told me that I was in command but that there was a delay. Except that we waited until 11:00 p.m. (closing time) and the deliveryman never showed up. Of course, not a single call from Pizza Hut to warn us that they will not deliver and impossible to contact them from 10:00-23:00. In the end, 8 people whose children were unable to eat tonight. I do not recommend!!!!
