Pizza Construction Co - Canmore

I have eaten a lot of pizza in both Canada and the United States over the years.

We had a good family meal at this local pizza spot It is housed in the Holiday Inn.

Last two people have their headsUp there yinger! Place is fantastic, the Zaa is A1 as is the staff.

I stayed at the hotel for a week and ate supper here every night but one. The lasagne is great as is the burger, messy but good burger. The pizza is one of the best I have had. And the Grumpy Grizzly beer is freaking awesome. The staff, especially the male Aussie, are attentive and fun. Give it a go I say!

Over the weekend, we found ourselves in Canmore and decided to try a new restaurant for dinner. We chose Pizza Co located in the Holiday Inn. Upon arriving at 5:00 pm, the restaurant was quiet with only one other table of eight guests. However, things quickly changed when two tour buses arrived, making the restaurant very busy. With only one waiter and two kitchen staff, the service was slow but the food was worth the wait. It was evident that they had a successful take-out pizza business as well. Despite the challenges with staffing in Canmore, we would consider returning if the service improved.
