McDonald's - Canmore

Three of us went to McDonalds in Canmore for lunch. Service was pleasant enough, but we had to wait a while and when we got our food, everything was cold!

On the way to Radium, BC went to the dining room to get our food and use the washing rooms. There is a sign outside that says that the dining room is closed and an employee came out to throw the garbage and she also voted that it is closed. No reasons why it is closed on Friday at 4:30 p.m. Drive-thru seems still open.

We came at 10 a.m., went to the door — Locked — then went back to the vehicle. When someone opened the door, he went back and tried. A family we were traveling with went through their 24 hours drive and was told that they were closed.

We took our granddaughter for lunch at McDonald's in Canmore on 3. July 2022. We were very impressed by the employees who treated the immense volume of customers on this busy Sunday. They faced the challenge. And thanks to Fred, who kept the tables clean and thank you to the bathroom cleaners.

Recently came to this McDonalds while on a trip to Canmore. This is a regular McDonald restaurant, nothing special. Employees were nice. Facilities were clean.
