Bow Valley Gourmet - Canmore

During our family retreat in Canmore, my sister hired a caterer to cook for our group of 10. Chef Michael Anderson impressed us with his flexibility, professionalism, and delicious food. We were blown away by the Panko-crusted Lamb Chops he prepared for us, turning our hotel suite into a 4-star restaurant. My friends had a bachelorette party in Canmore and wanted a private dinner at the Solara hotel room. After sending multiple emails to catering companies in Canmore, we chose Bow Valley Gourmet. Chef Michael Anderson was friendly, easy to communicate with, and allowed us to customize our menu. The food was delicious and expertly presented. This experience truly captured the essence of Canmore and we highly recommend Bow Valley Gourmet to anyone visiting the area.

Chef Michael collaborated with me to design a flawless menu for a friend's milestone birthday celebration in Banff. The four-course meal was exquisite and the wine pairings were spot on. I am currently searching for the dessert wine we enjoyed, as it was truly exceptional and complemented the chocolate cake with mint perfectly. Michael orchestrated the meal to seamlessly fit with our evening agenda, and having him there enabled us to focus on our friend, the festivity, and simply savor good company over a fantastic meal.
