Eating healthily can be a challenge whilst travelling, so we were super excited to find this place with an awesome range of prepared meals. We had the veggie chili and the Thai curry, which were super super tasty combined with the lime-infused basmati rice.
Don't visit Canmore without stopping by this special little place. Healthy and delish for all--vegan and paleo! Jamie is the best! She made our trip extra special! Try the Goji Balls for a special treat!
To be honest I’m not much of a review person (I’d like to leave that to the pro’s , however these guys deserve an amazing one! We’ve enjoyed their meals while in Canmore so much that we loaded up our cooler for the rest of our roadtrip through Banff/Jasper (3 days of meals . Great taste, healthy and super convenient. Only thing you’ll need to do is warm it. As a family of 5 (with 3 little girls this has been a road trip life saver; no more poor, overpaid, roadhouse meals with screaming kids, but amazing meals at the flick of the wrist at the comfort of our own little cabin. So if you’re staying in Canmore and are looking for a proper meal, go pick-up some. And if your traveling, make sure to load up that RV! We’ve had the Lasagna, Quinoa salads, Cauliflower Curry, Bolognese Saus, Meatballs, Pasta Sauce, Turkey Meatballs, Pulled Pork, Rice Pasta (did I say we loaded up?!
Absolutely phenomenal spot! Delectable good made with the most wholesome intentional and healthy food, and tastes unbelievably good! Incredibly kind staff, a hidden gem! Highly recommend!
