Skara Rama 5 - CANLEY VALE

Disappointed. Went here with high hopes, however as a group we were all shocked at the service and an atmosphere with no warmth. We were pressured to order right away, the food came out but the waiters had no idea what the dishes were and handed them out all over the place. We were left cutting the meat patties to see who ordered what. Ordered 3 chips bowls and 6 came outthey ignored me and acted like the music was too loud when I said we didn’t order the extra and walked away, same with asking for more table water. $600 later, burnt meat and ignored multiple times. Perhaps a rethink of the customer service is due.

I don’t get the negative comments to be honest, the service was good for us. The food was nice, my only negative feedback is the food took a while to come out but overall we enjoyed this restaurant Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

What a wonderful fusion of Balkan and Thai food!We came in for lunch and had a number of diverse dishes. Everything was tasty, portions were large, and the service was friendly and fast.Looking forward to attending on a weekend evening when they have live music too.
