Bidra med feedbackThis small local pizzeria may not offer anything unique when it comes to their pizzas, but they still hit the spot. Their chicken wings and subs, on the other hand, are outstanding. I've even switched from ordering from Pizza Hut to coming here instead.
When mistakes are made, they are quickly corrected. However, I believe the restaurant should focus more on customer service and attention to detail. There have been occasions when requests were not met, such as not receiving extra sour cream and salsa for a taco salad that was ordered and being overcharged for it. Additionally, while most pizzerias are closed on Mondays, this restaurant was also closed on a Wednesday at 9 pm. Their delivery charge is also higher compared to other pizzerias in the nearby city of Hornell, despite being only a two minute drive away. As a local resident, I believe in supporting local businesses, but I also think it is important for local merchants to support their community by providing good service and fair prices.
This restaurant is now even worse since it is owned by plumber Mike Palmer. I suggest he stick to plumbing because his pizza is terrible. The sauce tasted like it had chemicals in it, and the pepperoni was tough like shoe leather. If you want a real pizza, go to Pizza King instead.
I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I ordered three slices of pizza and when I got home less than 5 minutes later, I found them to be soggy and greasy. I didn't feel comfortable having my nephew eat it, so I ended up returning the pizza and receiving a refund. In my opinion, even gas station pizza is better than what was served here. I would advise others to avoid this Pizzeria and find another place to eat. Buyer beware!
