Bidra med feedbackI placed an online order to this location today. I arrived 20 minutes pass the scheduled pickup time. I was told upon arrival that they were out of the donuts I ordered at the time and that it would be another 25 minutes until more was ready. I wasn’t happy about having to wait but understand that the glazed donuts can disappear quickly. I told the cashier that I’d have to come back. I am rating this experience a 5 star because of the attentive actions of the manager, Tashunda. While I didn’t complain, she probably noticed the annoyed look on my face and stopped me before I left the store. She acknowledged the inconvenience and apologized accordingly. It is the level of customer attention for me. When I returned from my errand, the establishment was busy but she personally took care of me. Good customer service is really so hard to find so I shoutout Tashunda for understanding the assignment with a purpose…it matters!
It cool when I went there and it was kind of fast to when I went to pick up my order
The drive thru line was very slow. I went inside and got my doughnuts before the line moved.
There is no need to say much.... the donuts speak for themselves. Finger linking good for the donuts as usual.
Drive thru line was long, but it did move fast. A dozen is pricer than it use to be almost $15 for assorted, but the donuts were fresh and worth it. Staff was ok. I will revisit.
