Sanborns Cafe - Cancún

We visited sanborns a few times when we cancun to stop random location, but it is within the mall so it was convenient. good Mexican food, coffee and good service!

We are locals but have yet to eat at any of the area Sanborns in Cancun. So, today Feb 15, we had dinner at the Grand Plaza mall location, Ave. Nichupte.Clean cafe, affordable menu with a wide variety of local and regal selections as well as an extensive breakfast menu.Excellent and prompt service with a smile. Food was good and we will be back.My husband had the chicken and rice soup and I had the chicken enchiladas, both dishes were served hot and tasted great. Highly recommended to locals and tourist too. Our menu at this location was in Spanish, but I am sure they have English menus at the other locations at the Plaza America's Mall and Uxmal since they are centrally located in the tourist areas.So, don't be afraid to venture in and try their menu. There is plenty to chose from to make everyone happy. Lots of vegetarian items and a low-fat menu too.Family friendly, couples, singles, and Business friendly atmosphere.Menu prices range from $ to $$. Our dinner came to 203 pesos(basically 10 dollars, US) and was well worth it!

Nos quedamos de ver con unos amigos, tardaron en llevarnos un platillo y le recordamos dos veces a la mesera, poco después el servicio fue mejorando, su variedad de molletes ha aumentado y tienen buena variedad.

Cada visita se ha vuelto peor que la anterior. Servicio irregularAlimentos sin buen sasón.Regreso porque a mis hijos les gusta.

Me encantaba ir a Sanborns en el DF, y ahora que vivo en Cancún es la 1ra vez que voy a un Sanborns y quede realmente decepcionada. El jugo estaba amargo, las enchiladas suizas estaban desabridas y frías, la salsa parecía que estaba rebajada con agua. El servicio lento, creo que les falta personal, y para terminar nuestra mesera nos cobró $100 de más en la cuenta. Es la peor experiencia que he tenido en un Sanborns, definitivamente no volveré.
