Olio - Cancún

We went there twice, pizza was in order, but arrabbiata sauce was great! I had rigatoni pasta that arrived hot and spicy. a side note, our family is a great fan of brot, to house we observe what we eat, but in vacation we don't have to. to make the brot. every time they bring different types of brot.

Of the 5 nights we stayed at Secrets The Vine Resort in Cancun, we chose to dine 3 times at Nebbiolo. Eric our awesome waiter gave us exceptional service and manager Javier took the time to ask us about our experience and even introduced us...to chef Eladio so we could personally tell him how much we enjoyed his delicious creations. Dining there was a great experience.

Awesome service by Alejandro. He kept the drinks filled and the food following! He met all our needs and gsve great service! The restaurant was beautiful and the food was soooo good!

From the moment we stepped inside Nebbiolo's tonight we were impressed!! From the host and hostess, we were given top notch service! Alejandro and Arturo were our outstanding service team. We wanted to try several things on the menu and were accommodated with smaller portions...to taste the selections of pasta dishes. The Carbonara, Gnocchi, Amaratriciana, and Scallop Lime Risotto were served hot, fresh, and amazing!! Our biggest surprise, beyond the Happy Birthday singing dessert surprise, was the Pear Gargonzola pizza!!! Thin crust bursting with flavors!! Who knew grapes, pear, pecans and honey would be so very tasty on a fresh-fired pizza!! If you stay at Secrets The Vine Cancun, ask for Alejandro and be prepared to have a great dining experience!!

Sin duda, fue una cena muy tranquila y agradable, solo deberían no estar hostigando tanto a los clientes para que les adquieran las botellas de vino, si alguien las quisiera comprar, lo hace y punto.
