La Casa de los Abuelos - Cancún

I can't say today that something went well at our visit to this place. the service was terrible. the eating took forever to come, although the restaurant was almost empty. my limonade came warm, no ice. the guacamole came at the end and with. out totopos or chips. we ordered 5 tacos, brought only 4 and they were the worst tacos we ever tried in our lives. the waiter was annoyed when we complained and told him to remove the appeal from the bill. a total catastrophe. I wouldn't recommend this place.

The service was great, just make sure that they were a translator handy, but they really tried what was great. the tacos conchinita was great, but the rest was useful. the sweet soup was also really good with some sweets I had not yet.

Large menu, good prices, so-so food. We didn't try a wide-range of dishes, but what we had was not very tasty.

This restaurant was recommended by several locals, and it is definitely a restaurant filled with locals, so we thought that our lunch was going to be great. It was just OK. The pozole soup was not hot, although it tasted good. The chicken poblano was...just ok (better to go to El Troje for chicken poblano). No alcohol is served. It is probably the Cancun version of an Applebees or Denny’s.

El servicio de TODOS los restaurantes de esta cadena en Cancún es pésimo, puedes esperar por un café hasta 20 minutos!! Poca supervision de los gerentes a su personal. Pésima atención al cliente.
