Blue Agave at Paradisus Cancun

Small restaurant in the paradisus cancun resort. from tables close to windows you can enjoy beautiful sea resort in sight. interieur typical Mexican. eat great. we had tacos, guacamole and a queen. everything was made to order, delicious a beautiful presented. service friendly. efficient. very good place to enjoy some Mexican aromes.

This review is for my whole stay, which was at the top, but especially for my time in the restaurant cielo (connected with blue agave, I couldn't find a specific place for it) and the server moises. he was very attentive to our. Drinks and know about the menu. Even if they suggest some differences in taste that we may or may not be used. the food was top-tier and the service was excellent. I also came during the time of a music festival with over 5000 people (proposed) on the resort only for it and the personal could treat the volume with ease and professionalism. the fast and nurturing home of all employees was beyond and beyond. I will return

This was the only place I enjoyed at the resort. Authentic fresh fajitas. It was only open for lunch though so I couldnt eat there all the time!

We were very hungry and just arrived so this was the first place we ate. It was okay. I was tired and nothing on the menu was appealing to me. It was like traditional foods (fish taco, chicken, nachos, etc) it was nothing to write...home about.

En noviembre del 16 estuvimos en Paradisus y visitamos este restaurante varias veces por lo rico de la comida y la buen atención de Juan Carlos especialmente. Esta ocasión apenas llegamos al hotel y visitamos el Restaurante pero lamentablemente cambio mucho. La atención y comida cambio, las tortillas se rompían fácilmente, cosa que antes no pasaba. Desconozco si sigue Juan Carlos al frente pero si es que no está ya se notó el cambio, o si ese día faltó igualmente se vió el cambio de Noviembre a la Fecha. El pozole sigue rico, pero insisto en la diferencia en atención y presentación de alimentos. Espero cambien porque sé pueden dar mucho más pues me consta.
