I think I can't give a better title to my feedback. In this 4-star S hotel (and I would really like to understand who sets the stars and what criterion... I managed to pass from the stars to the stables several times over 3 nights of stay. We start from the pre-living room, because the problems started even before arriving at the hotel, when throughout the week I tried to call the hotel on various occasions for a request of information and I never received an answer that is a... and when I arrived on the day of check-in, my perplexity increased further (the reception was a square meter and always guarded by an operator (so you just do not answer the phone!). But we pass to the rooms, clean, tidy and spacious enough. Only a new one, I discovered after 2 days that the radiator had been turned off by a client who preceded me and that probably had warm and the cleaning staff of the rooms never noticed the thing (I had to pass from the reception where I was immediately solved the problem... The restaurant also alternates joyful evenings with evenings of pain. In addition to the fact that 3 nights out of 3 changed the Maitre, which is a strange attitude, said that the kitchen alternated fantastic dishes to terrible dishes, as well as the service, sometimes perfect and sometimes disastrous. The Spa is the true negative note of the hotel, small, unorganized and above all with the possibility to be used only an hour per day on reservation! I understand the Covid regulations, but it seems rather limited to reducing well-being to an hour... Also the walls know that a decent wellness path provides at least 3 sauna sessions for about 15 minutes alternating with many rest breaks... then you would also want to try the whirlpool (perennially busy!! , in 60 minutes almost impossible to do it! Ciabattine supplied with paper that in contact with the wet floor lasts 20 seconds, after which it remains naked because they squeal literally (but you can request another pair to the small amount of 5 euros!! Spreading a pitiful veil, I close talking about the true joy of the hotel, the breakfast room. A divine vision, rising so in the morning is a real Tuscan! Breakfast instead, like everything else, mediocre. There are good products and inevitable products and the buffet service often served skips for lack of staff in the hall (I have seen several couples jump to the counter and serve themselves...and the Covid regulations hello right! Final balance, definitely improved and certainly not a 4 star S.
The rooms are very nice, the hotel is still with limited spaces and a small spa. Too bad that the spa is on reservation with the maximum duration of an hour (I noticed that after the Covid however it is so on structures 3/4). Great breakfast with a great variety. I do not express about the kitchen as I did not have the opportunity to have lunch / dinner however recommend the structure.
