As You Like It @ The Street Theatre

They have Tuesday morning breakfast special only at 10 dollars! So we have kept going there on Tuesday for several months! They offer both classic menu and weekly specials menu. Plenty of vegetarian friendly options and their huge homemade muffins look amazing!

This little cafe is hidden in the Street Theatre building. They do interesting burger specials, think Dorito-crusted chicken burgers, and were doing $10 breakfast specials on Tuesdays. I'm not sure if they're doing this any more. They also do fancy lattes like beetroot and hibiscus. The prices are reasonable and the food is good. The venue isn't fancy but I'm not complaining when I can get breakfast for $10.

Tucked away inside The Street Theatre near the ANU in Acton, is As You Like It Cafe Bar. With tables scattered across the carpeted foyer of the theatre, the cafe is pretty spacious. I was pleased to see no hipster decor, just your sturdy table and chair, letting the food speak for itself. You wouldn’t really know there was a cafe there unless you were specifically looking for it. Even upon entering through the sliding door, the actual front counter is hidden away to the right.

Never a disappointing meal at this place. The food is fresh and delicious, plus they cater for any dietary requirements. <br/ <br/ All staff are trained by Veneziano to make the perfect cup of coffee and provides (in my opinion) the best coffee in town! They also offer a discount on the coffee for all Uni students bonus!

Excellent. Great food, Great Coffee, Great Staff and the price range is totally reasonable. Now open Saturdays which is bonus. A must for anyone living in or visiting Canberra.
