Starbucks - Canal Winchester

I always order ahead on the app for drive thru. Anytime I go to this location it is after I get off work so about 5pm. Sometimes a little slow which I don’t mind. They’re always kind and I’ve never had issues with my orders Service: Take out Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

I visit this Starbucks often but drive-thru only. One day last week, I decided to go in for the 50% ALL merchandise sale. I saw a cup I liked, grabbed it headed towards the counter. Stood there for a minute before any of the 3 employees acknowledged me. One finally stopped sweeping long enough to say hi. They finished their sweep then stepped to the counter. I said hey, just want to buy this cup. But, are you all matching the 75% off at *mentions other locations* they said no, even though I had a friend call the store just hours before to confirm they 'd match the price. That 's fine, 50% is still good so I didn 't fuss. She scans the cup it rings full price, at this point I sensed attitude but it 's hard to get good service without it nowadays anyway so whatever. She confirms with the manager that all merchandise has is 50% but neither could ring up THE ONE CUP I selected, which was also sitting directly on top of a 50% off sign, for half off. I said forget it walked away. It 's not worth the hassle annoyed services. But I informed my friend that this location either isn 't actually doing the sale or are selective about what 's on sale. Now, explain to me why I had the same friend call again then visit the store the next day receive a discount on said cup!?!? The exact same cup was given to him at a discounted price. The same cup they couldn 't or refused to discount while I was in store. As someone who frequents Starbucks, especially this one, often I am extremely disappointed. I 'll spend what 's left on my gold card, because I tranfered more money to it to purchase the cup, move on to another coffee shop.

Drive through was long which blocked part if the road. The music inside was also really loud so it was hard to hear.
