Bidra med feedbackI've never actually shopped here but they do have a kitchen so I decided to try them for lunch. I had garlic Parmesan wings and beef fataya. The fataya was cooked well and had a nice kick. It tasted fine. The wings were a nice size but they were very tough. In my opinion, the sauce was too tangy. Didn't like them. Considering this is an African spot, I'll stick to traditional African dishes next time.
Their customer service is very poor. The cashier will be having a conversation with another person whiles at checkout. They will totally ignore you as you are checking out, then keep their conversations going as if uou are nonexistent... that very rude behavior might send paying customers away
I love the food here. This was the first spot I came to when I came to Columbus. The customer service is amazing as well. My favorite is the rice with fish and lamb (debe). Definitely recommend.
Very friendly workers , tries their best to make everyone satisfied with their order and cooks to perfection. Highly recommend
They completely ignored me even tho it was my turn on the queue just bcos ppl who spoke their language walked in…the young black lady was totally rude and told me plainly she didn’t see me even tho I was standing right in front of her…then she asked for my order…and hissed after I told her…she then faced her ppl again n I sat down…after 15 mins she turns to me and asks again what my order was…I just stood up and walked out and I regret going there…never again
