Panera Bread - Canal Winchester

I absolutely love that the new management is excellent. Only the other day I got a soup and salad and didn't realize that the salad I ordered had bacon in it until I was almost home. I called and explained that I didn't eat a pig and I didn't know that the salad came with him and the answer was that it was good to bring him back and we switched it off. I am so grateful for the goodness and understanding! Great experience and great staff! My salad was fresh and perfect.

I was first when they opened this morning and the young man in the window was so friendly and patient. It was refreshing to get someone with patience and have no attitude as if I have inappropriate them by ordering food. I'll go on to this place.

Great business with big staff! I used to manage bread for Panera and often helped with many different shops, and this will run from far the best! The managers are always happy to help and fix orders especially for those who ask it like adults without throwing tantrums.

Food and service are pretty good here. The manager (Dan? was helpful when we mix a recent order. Sometimes the food does not hit the point, but it is good for most part.
