Bidra med feedbackFirst time there wanted to try something different, but I was quite disappointed when I seen the drive thru menu. I've never been to any kind of Chinese place that didn't have Sweet Sour Chicken. That's basically the only thing I would get, so I guess I won't be back there anytime soon.
When we first tried express was super. Eating was good, and workers were great. now the workers hate her life and are not friendly at all, and this panda express has never eaten. they are always out of everything we like and will not even cook to order. only reason for 1 star is because the very few food options they have are actually halfway decent (and 1 star is the lowest I can go). Don't think we'll come back to this. I think owners need to raise their game on this place.
Very late on my online order, 20 minutes. they always lie and said it was almost ready and changed their history. there were other people waiting for their online orders, and when I spoke to a manager, they stopped him so that nobody could call in.
Eating is usually good every visit, but the customer service in drive-thru is terrible, it does not play any roles who works the window, they all have the same dry and dead approach. the personalities of the workers are robotic and it does not make a customer want back.
Usually am fine eating here, food is hit or miss and sometimes they don't have everything on menu to offer. My experience 4/19/22 just after 11am was just dumb. Arrived around 11:20a to pickup an online order. Just saw a customer leave so I come up to doors and they're locked. I see at least 3 or 4 employees inside, none acknowledged me. I tap on door saying I have an order to pickup and one girl signals me to go around drive thru. Then another woman comes to open door for me, when I walk in I say I have an order that's ready to pickup. I felt ignored because she takes the time to unlock both restaurant doors before asking what my name is. And then walks past my order sitting on shelf that's ready to check other receipts!! Mean time no one else behind counter acknowledged me. It's a simple situation that could've been handled a lot better, seemed like they already decided how they were going to treat customers for the day.
