Collins Diner - Canaan

Pop's Diner was great! This was our first time here and we will definitely return. My wife had the perfect sauce on her Eggs Benedict and my classic breakfast was also great. The service was excellent, love the small counter in the back room.

Had our first of more to come breakfasts here. Sausage and biscuits was awesome and I got frizzled over easy eggs with enough hash for take home. !! Love it! Perfect. The ladies were great. Save a table, we're coming back

The food is really good, I got myself a burger and fries, asked for medium and it was cooked perfectly. My girlfriend seemed to really enjoy her food as well. The wait staff are nice and will give you your space to eat. The only thing is that the appetizers are pricy so I wouldn't bother getting any, not that you need it, the portions are enough to fill you up just fine

If you're looking for food made with love, this is the place to be! I had the breakfast burrito, and every bite was a delightful blend of cheese, bacon, and avocado. If you have the opportunity, make sure to stop by and indulge in their delicious, fresh, home-cooked options. And if you're a fan of freshly made Hollandaise sauce, you're in for a treat—just be sure to arrive early, as they run out quickly!

I had lunch at Pop's Diner with a friend and had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was clean, casual, and relaxed—exactly what I was looking for. We took our time without feeling rushed, even though the staff was attentive. The Speck Cheeseburger was quite tasty, and the prices were very reasonable. I would definitely return!
