Bidra med feedbackThe vegan food at this restaurant is incredibly delicious and very affordable. The staff is friendly and goes out of their way to assist in any way they can.
Some other reviews made me hesitant at first, but I'm so glad we went in anyway! The menu selection is extensive. We ordered the Claypot rice and a beef and veal noodle dish. We also tried the lotus leaf-wrapped bark, thinking it was a starter. It arrived as a large platter for us to make our own rolls with rice paper, various salad leaves, cucumber, pineapple, as well as the lotus leaf-wrapped meat and a delicious sauce. It was a fun experience! We ordered a lot of food, so we ended up taking some home. All the dishes were incredibly flavorful and fresh!
I ordered the mushroom and rice dish for 20k, and found it to be a good value. While I've had better meals at other places, this dish was still enjoyable. The waitress was friendly and did her best to communicate with me despite the language barrier. I noticed they had meat options on the menu, but I'm not sure if they use substitute meat. Overall, a solid dining experience, although the dish I ordered may be hard to find anywhere else.
Ate there pho soup, which was delicious! Also tried fresh springrolls but they were not too fresh. A lot of options and cheap prices. There is also many other vegetarian restaurants in that same street.
I was heading to the full vegan restaurant and I should probably have sticked to it... There is PLENTY of food here, but honestly I'm not sure it was that fresh in the end. My belly got struggles digesting the food and I'm pretty sure they use a lot of MSG here. The flavors were good but not outstanding and the staff was everything but friendly. They refused the Happy Cow sticker and sent me away pretty much. One GOOD point tho: The Bao Bun was really amazing, very peppery. They offered me some sweets but I'm not sure those were vegan so I said no, looked like there were eggs in there to me. Unfortunately I cannot confirm as the staff didn't speak english.
