Absolutely terrible service, entire evening staff needs to be changed. Wanted an item advertised but not available on the self service station, waited at the till where multiple staff saw me waiting and looked me in the eye and ignored me even after ringing the service bell for at least 5—10 minutes before I left and got food elsewhere.

Apparently giving one measly drop of chocolate sauce in an oreo sundae is 'procedure '. I told the staff member that it doesn 't even look like there was sauce in it and she stated that management ordered them to only add very little.

Ordered a fully loaded box meal R79.90 2min away from home.Opened the meal, chips Ice-cold, burger ice cold, mash was hot and the drumstick cold. This is the second time this has happened and I am a frequent customer. Will not be back

Great place and convenient as we live close by. Those dunked wings are awesome! Just ensure they are always available as my kids love them. Also when load shedding hits its sadly closed.
