Rally's - Campbellsville

Was to big to go through the drive threw there lobby was closed the workers was sitting in lobby on their phones I tried to get them to take my order I guess they were to busy used to be a good place to eat but I guess I want be back ended up goingsome else

Had to wait 10 minutes to order when I was the only one in there and no one in the drive thru then after I got my food the chicken tenders was so hard I could throw them through glass and break it.. I won't be back.

I go there a lot. Never had an issue until tonight. I ordered 2 big bufords. I don 't live close to the place. Got home and found I had 2 double cheesburgers with nothing at all on them. I called the store. Spoke to the manager on duty. She asked if I wantedto come get them tonight. I replied I 'm not conveniently close to drive out tonight . She said You don 't need to be rude andhung up. I called back. I asked for her name. She wouldn 't give it. I asked for her supervisors name. She hung up again. Triedto call again and nobody answered. I just got off the phone after filing a complaint with corporate. Case#5698647. I 'm 62 yearsold. Have eaten at many fast food places over the years. In all those years I have never had such rude and disrespectful service(not to mention not getting what I paid for) that I felt I needed to contact corporate....until now.

UPDATE: My refund should be on my card today according to my bank. Logan of Campbellsville rallys is great. If my bank said it wasn't pending all I needed was a bank statement and he'd give me cash. Simple solution to this after getting the run aroundfrom everyone else! This restaurant is an absolute joke. Waited over 30 minutes for food while dining in. Requested a refundbecause we never got our food. Turns out it was given to a door dash driver with us sitting right there waiting on the food.They said refund was processed and would be on my debit card by the end of the day. I never received the refund and kept gettingtold to call back or they'd call me back and never got anything. This place is absolutely ridiculous and I will NEVER BE BACK.

It's fast food but this one gets it done. I've waited a hour at other locations. This one is legit.
