Bidra med feedbackUnfortunately, the reviews are true. The employee I met was absolutely terrible and should be honestly fired. She's thin and short with colored red hair I think. Your attitude is nothing less than spoiled. I approached and no one was in line. It was my first time here and I read the board and try to decide what I want. She sees me up and down, I say hello, she doesn't react. I begin to place my order and say what I want, with what and after a salad to take off their gloves. I'll tell her I have two more articles. She buzzes and rolls her eyes. Another woman comes from behind. Taller a little fuller and more pleasant it begins to help. The rude short always talks to me while I talk to the other woman. What else? Lose your attitude. If I come here, you're not your job security. I ask questions because I don't know and I've never been here before. If you hate people who stop so much. I asked if the packs were the same as the salad as there was no sign to indicate. Your answer? Yeah? No treasure, what's pretty obvious is your misery I have nothing to do with. If it were obvious, I wouldn't ask. If this place closes, it will be because of her. The food was good. Overpriced but tasted good. I'd return for the other woman. She was kind and tried to help me, so I didn't have to interact with the other enemy, but her rudeness just remained in the shimmer. I tipped, but hope the other woman didn't share it. A decent food for $10 a salad will give you a lot of toppings to choose from. The broccoli cheddar soup tasted all broccoli and no cheddar, but still not hating. Not really sure I'm coming back because she was honestly so bad. She has the kind of attitude where you are? Are you afraid? ll go spit in something in the back just because.
So there I was, pondering my decision on what to energize my fasted body with. I struggled to come to a concensus, but the choice was made endlessly clear when I stumbled across Saladworks. Instantaneously it hit me, what could possibly be better than a heart healthy spinached based salad to help build strong muscles and a healthy immune system, at least according to one of the employees. Speaking of which, I enjoyed my short time with the two. I was immediately greeted as I approached the counter, and as I glanced over the listings of options it was obvious that I had to create my own. A lovely young lady gave her personal recommendations and when she brought up the spinach, as mentioned before, I couldn?t resist. The preparation was quick, and the portions were extremely fair. When it came to the real test though, the taste, I couldn?t complain about a thing. I was undoubtably satisfied with my experience here, and will always keep it in mind next time I?m wandering around The Capital City Mall.
Went here last Saturday around 8 and had the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. Waiting forever to be waiting on because the girl was on the phone. She even had the nerve to tell me to hold on so she could finish her call. Then when she finally did make my salad she put hardly any toppings on. Then she bumped the edge of the salad container on the counter and dumped the little amount of toppings I had out. And instead of giving me my toppings back she said oops and put the the lid on. In hindsight I should have refused the salad but instead I kept me mouth shut and payed for it. If you are interested in getting a good salad I recommend making the extra hour drive and going to the lititz location. Because camp Hill is not worth your time.
The salads are amazing here! The downfall is the customer service. They're ALWAYS in the back if it's slow so you don't feel welcomed. The one guy who works there, wish I knew his name, was totally awesome. The rest of the employees could care less about working there. Also I'm a small person so eating a huge salad isn't ideal, so i found that the kids size is perfect. A few people let me do this. There's a red head that works there that refused and said I had to be 12. I wish there was an option for a smaller salad. I also wish there was better customer service.
The salads are really good but the staff are consistently rude and unfriendly. I used to feel uncomfortable even going there because of them, but I've gotten used to it. My husband and I just joke about it now because we expect it.
