Safeway - Cameron Park

This is a great Safeway because the employee are very nice and helpful. I don?t have any issues finding what I want and the shelves are well stocked! If you are tired from a trip just pass by and get something for dinner.

Management doesn't care if there's a mile long line, or if shirtless tweakers shop there. Seriously how do you let this guy wonder around your store? Bathrooms are always dirty. Produce is often wilted. Seafood smells rotten. I'm only going here because of the gas rewards and slightly lower prices than forklift. Bakery is the only half decent department. They are helpful. Literally no other employee I've met there seems to care about anything.

I discovered this place needs a thorough cleaning! Exploded can of beer in a far back corner random bottle of mustard. So gross! 3 weeks later mold and old can of beer not cleaned up. Has anyone thought about this mold being transferred to your own refrigerator at home?

Not enough cashiers. But self checkout are there. Broccoli was not on the lookup. Out of most fresh muffins. Great tasting premade corn bread.

Always very helpful and good quality food for good prices. I tried the pull up and go shopping feature and wasn 't overly impressed. And they asked for my drivers license and wrote the number down, which I didn 't like. Raleys far exceeds Safeway in the online shopping category. Raleys ecart web site is super easy and user friendly. Hopefully Safeway will improve in this area since we just moved closer to Safeway and I love online grocery shopping.
