Thyme Premier Inn London Hampstead

This is the restaurant of the Premier Inn hotel. The way it is set separately from the hotel gives the impression of a stand alone restaurant. I visited for breakfast which offered reasonable selection for a good price. Unfortunately when I visited neither the coffee machine nor the hot water machine were working which is poor show during breakfast time.

The restaurant is almost entirely staffed by our friends from other EU countries,plus some Scots. They certainly know how to make a classic English breakfast and do it well, Choice of a dozen or so different foodstuffs freshly cooked .

Ate here in the evening as part of a Dinner, Bed and Breakfast meal deal. Very tasty food and plenty of vegetarian choice. I could have had meals several nights in a row and chosen different veggie options each time. Service was friendly and welcoming.

Their buffet breakfast really is fantastic value as much as you can eat so you'll leave with a very full tummy! Unlike most buffets the food manages to stay hot and good quality. Love all the pastries etc too.

We stayed at the Premier Inn in Hampstead. Breakfast was provided by Thyme restaurant, and it was great, as were the ladies on duty that morning., very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was really comprehensive, all you can eat, full english, and cooked to perfection. Just the job.
