Mcdonald's Restaurants - Camden

There were 3 adults 4 children and we were eating upstairs as there was no room downstairs. We were unaware that apparently you are not allowed to eat upstairs??? And was treated with great disdain when we said we would finish when we finished What kind of macdonalds does not allow you to eat upstairs where there are seats We will not be going here again

The service was absolutely awful. waited about half an hour for 1 burger. my number was 045 and they were calling out way bigger orders of higher numbers up to about 095 so i had to ask for them to get mine! turns out someone had packed it and left it on the side without even bothering to make my drink and give it to me. the staff were also arguing with eachother the whole time. worst mcdonald’s ever!

The worst McDonald's I've ever been to, disgusting food and rude staff. Found fluff in my chips and the manage didn't apologise, just said that these things happen

I recently ordered 7 meals from Just Eat for £27 and only received fries. I tried to contact the restaurant for another order, but they did not answer the phone. When I asked the delivery driver about the missing food, he drove off without providing any explanation.

I went to this McDonald's on December 5th. The service was very slow and the food wasn't very good. I also ordered an Oasis drink with my meal and it was warm. The restaurant was very messy.
