KFC Taco Bell - Cambridge

I appreciate that they packed the cold drink in a separate bag. I'm tired of my food getting cold when packed with ice drinks.

The chicken I ordered was mostly dark meat as requested, but unfortunately it had dark, crispy skin which seemed like it was fried too quickly in oil that was not properly heated. This resulted in a dry and unappealing texture.

The food was not tasty and appeared to have been prepared well in advance, lacking freshness. Also, it was served cold.

KFC is expensive enough but not reading orders and missing items that is unacceptable

Just want to say I appreciate the free poutine in there, intentional or not. It was good but I just wish the chicken was bigger! Compared to Popeyes pieces they look like shrivelled turds to be completely honest. BUT unlike Popeyes, KFC chickens tastes better and lasts longer imo.
