Bidra med feedbackThis place was really disappointing. They did not have the pizza deal that they were advertising on their doors. It was a game day so there was a lot of crowd, but there was only one person to do everything. We ordered a pitcher and it was not available. We got Stella. We ordered a moscow mule, but they didnt have ginger beer so she offered to make a ginger ale Vodka drink. Drinks were decent. We ordered Loaded Nachos. It was okay. When the check came in we were charged 14 for the nachos although the menu said 10. I would not go to this place again. And not recommended.
I love this place. Honestly the pizza is great. I love the sauce. I just want to bathe in the sauce. I wish the pizza was just sauce, no bread or cheese
Still love this place, and I think it has the best pizza in Cambridge (and nothing even comes close on the price ! My ONLY complaint with the food is with the onion rings, which is a surprise because I lover the french fries and other deep fried fare. One recent occasion, however, I had the onion rings as a side to the steak tips. Everything else (the other side was french fries yeah, not exactly the healthiest lunch option was perfectly cooked and tasty, but the onion rings were a limp, flavorless snore. Worse, the batter didn't even cling to the onions. (I wish I had ordered the broccoli! Anyway, that is the only complaint I have about the food. Atmosphere is divey, but friendly, not dangerous, though I'm a large, middle aged man. A single woman, especially a young one, might find the vibe initially menacing, or at least discomfiting, though most of the bar staff are women, so make of that what you will.
Very interesting little bar. I thought there would be a few tables outside but it was only indoor seating. We came in for a lunch beer and it was only a couple regulars sitting at the bar. Kinda awkward to ask for a table but the waitress/bartender was super nice. We just got a beer each and got out of there. They did have a good draft list!
Pre covid review: Go for the trivia, stay for the music clues and $4 pizza. Don't recommend the fried pickles, they're done in such a way that the breading comes right off. However that pizza was just as great as it smelled....limited light beer selection, I think it was only bud
