Bidra med feedbackClassic Jewish Deli. They have great bagels and better than average sandwich lunch fare. Their in-house pastrami is better than most and won’t disappoint. Good prices also mean you won’t break the bank by going here.Food: 4/5
Delicious bagels, cute, fun place, but not really accessible for the elderly due to the seating, the layout, there is no table service, and you need to bus your own tables. Definitely for the 20s-30s crowd, and a great place for young people to have a fun date. So leave the grandparents at home and go have fun!Food: 4/5
Definitely mixed thoughts on the food. Came here for the bagels, was very disappointed they were hard and tough, and the amount or quality of toppings was nothing special. However, I loved the root beer float, the dessert selection, and the matzo ball soup. I can’t speak to the sandwiches, but the lox bagel just did not live up to expectations. Inside, the ambience is lovely very roomy, with plenty of tables and seats and some booths as well. The interior is very well decorated, with a strong retro feel very lovely for a lunch, though I wouldn’t recommend for a formal dinner or date.
Truly a 4.5 star but impossible on Google's rating system for anything other than a whole star. The bagels are truly magnificent and the spreads are as well. As a vegetarian, not the biggest fan of the rueben, but also not a sauerkraut fan. Overall, the bagels are worth it and would definitely come back again. I haven't been able to find the amazing creamy sodas (Dr. Brown's) anywhere else and glad they stock it.
Placed an order online ahead of time earlier this morning for a pickup of some meat knishes, kugel and ruggalah (spelling? . Just picked up the order It was all ready to go for me in a bag amongst other orders. I was greeted by a very nice employee and she helped me get my order right away! Mamaleh's SAVED my first Passover with my fianceé at home. I would have been in big trouble if we didn't have the knishes ?
