Bidra med feedbackI am a fan of Caffe Nero, but this specific location is disappointing. The service is terrible, there are not enough staff members, and the baristas who are there are rude. They frequently run out of menu items, and on multiple occasions, they did not have the drink I wanted without offering any alternatives. It seems like they do not value customers and do not care to show it. The bathrooms are often closed or closing early, which is inconvenient. Additionally, this location does not have air conditioning. I cannot recommend this location.
I 've never had a good experience at a Caffe Nero, and this location is no exception. It 's the most convenient coffee shop for me, but I 'm going to have to find somewhere else because the service is just unbelievably bad.Rather than taking a couple orders, then making them, they deal fully with each customer one at a time. So they will ask what you want, then turn their backs to the customers while they make it, which includes some downtime while espresso pours, etc. I have often had to wait while they make my whole coffee before having a chance to tell them I also want a sandwich. This makes the line move insanely slowly. They also don 't write down your order or repeat it back to you, so I am frequently stuck wondering if they 're even making the right drink. They seem to intentionally avoid eye contact and keep their back turned to customers who are trying to get their attention with an issue. This terrible service is so consistent across employees and locations, I have to wonder if ignoring customers is part of their training??Today, I ordered ahead via their mobile app. I submitted the order about 10 minutes before arriving, then waited another 10 minutes while I watched other customers come in, get their drinks, and leave. When I spoke to the employee, she told me that I need to wait because she had a line and needed to help the customers first (even though I am a customer who ordered and paid well before those other customers even arrived). There was a line of about 10 people, which had held steady the whole time I had been there if I had waited for the line to go down completely for her to make my order, I would have been there all day. I asked for a refund and was told no. I had to leave without my drink and submit a help ticket on the app.I truly don 't understand how this company is still in business.
Great coffee. Reasonable prices. The croissants were buttery and flakey. I really liked the strawberry Danish, too. Great service.Food: 5/5
The place is beautiful but the service today was horrible. We asked for the code to restroom she said buy something first and I will give you the code. We were two waiting in line already. She did not take order and was busy with sandwiches which is ok. So she finally took our order and She was aggressive , rude. She started banging the saucer, cup, pitcher when she preparing our drink and cappuccino we ordered was not good. I wasted my loyalty card. Service was so bad. Overall it was very unpleasant and such a bad experience today.
Doesn’t live up to the hype. Food was mediocre, the cappuccino isn’t any great. Barely any seat because nobody observe the 90 mins max limit. Staff are not even friendly. Pretty disappointed
