Spring Chinese Cantonese - Cambridge

Great place to go with friends for unlimited hot pot (and BBQ for 2 GBP extra). There is a good variety of meats, fish, noodles, and vegetables. There is also a good variety to make a sauce on the side. What I really like is that each person can get their own individual hot pot bowl with our own soups. The soup is also unlimited. The only drawback is the staff speaks limited English. You can make a booking ahead of time over the phone.

Surprisingly, we've walked past Spring Restaurant countless times and only recently we learned their specialty is the Hot Pot buffet! The all-you-can eat costs about £18, £2 if you also want the grill. The dining table has an integrated grill and one induction dish per seat that lets you control the temperature of your Hot Pot. There's plenty of available vegetables, meats and sauces. It was very humid and warm last time we went, maybe a better ventilation systems would be in order.

Best Chinese in cambridge. spicy hot pot is a must to try to love her huh fried rice and beef fan. friendly and beautiful staff!

Try the hot chili and garlic chicken with rice. I'll go back.
