You can ignore all the previous revisions, as Lan Hong is under new administration, starting in July this year (I think).Back left the buffet cheap and cheerful; you will now pay 8. 50-10. 50 for each dish, only some of which include rice (and most include meat), BUT portions are large and quality is excellent. Two people could easily share a dish of meat, a dish of vegetables and a portion of rice.I can recommend especially the eggplant and the salted potatoes and the grilled pork meatballs (cool: order the pepper sauce and add a spoonful to the combination of soy sauce and vinegar that comes with the meatballs). This property only accepts EFFECTIVE, and the nearest ATM is in Tesco Express on East Road, so you better get ready!

I am a repeat visitor to this amazing, authentic Chinese restaurant. They have good service, a broad menu, and affordable prices.

Their food is not the best Chinese food but it is good compared to the price as in most places in China are faces with bad quality. The only thing I didn't like was that there were two menus, one for the Chinese people and one for the others. I mean I'd like to try authentic Chinese dishes.

We had a takeaway, selecting from both the English and Chinese menus and after a few bites from our four dishes the whole lot went in the bin. I 've got a list, if you care to go any further, but I would just avoid the place and search elsewhere.1) everything was swimming in vast quantities of an unpleasant unknown oil2) everything was highly overcooked3) the fish was past its best.4) the vegetables were past their best, if they were ever good in the first place.5) the beef: I don 't know where to start.6) the sauce : I don 't know what it was everything was cooked in, but it wasn 't like anything I 'd ever tasted before.7) the fried rice: I can 't explain how they managed to make fried rice quite so awfulI don 't know how they remain in business, and I 'd be ashamed if in my, life I produced anything quite so bad, let alone sell it.The lady behind the counter who was very nice, must have been a decoy!

They have two menu! One for Chinese n one for local! The same kinds of food but different prices! The one written in Chinese is more expensive than the one written in English only! More than 25% different!
