Very good fish and chips! Fish was pretty good, could see some of the skin and the batter was golden and crispy, overall nice fish. Where it really shone was the chips! Everyone has their own opinion of how chips should be done, and personally I like mine crispy. There was a nice crispiness to these, even some of the larger ones, with beautiful crispy small bits. Still the slight mushiness you expect from fish and chip shop chips though, in all the right ways.

Always friendly, good service. We had one bad experience when the chips weren't nice at all, otherwise, the food is always lovely here. Parking is a problem, especially if you go at a busy time.

This restaurant is quite popular, which means there can be a wait during peak hours. I highly recommend placing your order by phone and then picking it up at the scheduled time.
