Ed's Diner Cambridge Grand Arcade

Lady who served me was miserable when I spoke to manager she waa very rudely told me if I could work better job also here, I would not give my money back she absolutely sweat the place, staff need to sort out and also basket with chips in had sauce around my glass not good.

Really delicious meal enjoyed by all. Staff really considerate in dealing with my allergies and need for smaller portions would definitely return

We had a great meal at Ed's Diner, the service was prompt and friendly, the children's meals were fantastic value, and the food was delicious.

The front of house staff were very accommodating as unbeknown to us we had booked very closed to closing which they did telephone to warn us about around 30 minutes before our booking so we could arrive earlier if we wished. Though this did not matter they still treated us well and we had a very enjoyable meal and did not feel rushed or ignored. Definitely will go back we really enjoyed our meal.

Quickly corrected an error, overall really happy with the service and food.
