Bidra med feedbackI am absolutely appalled by the level of service from Happy Bowl Express in Camarillo, CA. I placed an order for delivery, paid in full, and waited patiently for my food to arrive. Not only did the food never show up, but every attempt to contact the restaurant was met with a busy signal. It's beyond frustrating that they refuse to answer the phone or address this issue in any way. I understand that mistakes happen, but this level of disregard for customers is inexcusable. I have essentially been robbed they took my money and provided nothing in return. I demand a full refund immediately. This experience has left me questioning how a business like this is still operating. If they don't rectify this situation soon, I will escalate this matter further. Avoid Happy Bowl Express at all costs. They clearly do not value their customers and have no respect for the basic principles of business ethics. Unbelievable!
My family and I went in around 7pm to 7:30pm, knowing the location closed at 8:30pm. The guy working the front counter looked up and said all the food that was in the trays was all they had left and wouldn’t be cooking anymore. There was barely enough food for one kids meal. Since this location has switched owners, the service has gone in the trash. Disappointing considering this once being a locals spot.

Food is dried out from setting to long in trays do to lack of customers, Manger was a young and rued, disrespectful when I mentioned how little food was in trays and how dried and over cooked it was from setting to long. Do not go here, go to Panda Express or any any other Chinese restaurant.
The person in there is nice and good portion of food and not expensive. I like the napkin. Huge downside, no water provided, and except BBQ pork is pretty decent good, rice noodle and chicken tastes very bad. Like person who don’t know how to cook cooked it. Watery super salty, and no favor.
