Bidra med feedbackWalking through Palma Nova we noticed this restaurant and it seemed to be in a sun trap. We sat down and were surprised at the menu, it was a mixture of Lebanese, Israeli, Moroccan, and a little French thrown in for good measure. The Hummes with a Centre of Tahini was outstanding, it was all home made with fresh chick peas and Sesame seeds. The Shakshuka with megeze picante Sausages were the best this side of the Marais in Paris and the Cheesecake and Carrot Cake were worth every extra calory delicious. The prices are so set that you do not need a special Menú del Dia to be able to eat here. If you like Middle Eastern food, this is the place. Also you sitting facing the sea and the sun.
Excellent Middle Eastern style food, full of authentic flavours and great size portions. Lovely owners who make you feel comfortable and at home. Great location right opposite the beautiful beach of palma nova. Good healthy options for children too. Highly recommended.
My friend and I had lovely fresh salads. Both falafel salad and chicken salad were lovely and the puddings were amazing, chocolate mousse to die for and a lovely chocolate brownie. Would definitely eat here again and the owners were lovely.
Very often we eat in Rotana-Palma. For me and for my family it`s the best expression of the lebanese food on the island. We were there in Palmanova, we looked around and itsn`t an authentic Lebanese Restaurant. It`s a fusion of middle east and Africa cuisine. Lebanese food mixes a panoply of tasty ingredients to create delicious meals. Lebanese cuisine aren`t Arab or Africa cuisine. I love fresh baked lebanese bread, real hummus (no canned chickpèas) kibbeh, mashewe mshakal with a good bottle of Massaya wine and at the end katayef. That`s what we are and that`s what we like.
We just stumbled across this restaurant while walking through Palma Nova and as it was out of the gale we thought we would go in for lunch. My companion had poached eggs, smoked salmon smashed avacoda on brown toast and I had Shakshuka with megeze picante. I had hareef on the side great. As good as anything in Sunny Hill or Dizengoff (and as the owner is Parisien in the Marais)
