Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Calvert City

Used to love going to Dairy Queen. But from now on we will not go back unless it?s for ice cream. The food has taken a terrible turn. This makes the fourth or fifth time that we have ordered food and received food made incorrectly or the quality isabsolutely awful. One visit I had ordered onion.m rings with a chicken strip basket and didn?t receive the onion rings but wascharged for them. They also didn?t have gravy which was understandable to me because it was later and getting close to closingtime. This time I went to order for my family. W all got chicken strips except our youngest who got a cheeseburger only ketchup.Extra gravy with the baskets. When we got home and opened our food we had only pickles on the burger. Two milks instead of amilk and a sprite. The gravy at first glance looked like just milk. Upon further inspection we found that at the bottom of thecontainer was the think buildup of what is supposed to be the gravy. Pictures attached so you can see what I?m talkingabout. When I called to let the employee know she said they made the gravy on the microwave rather than how they?re supposed to.I get it equipment breaks down but tell someone that when they?re ordering heavy. And a note that I am never the person to calland complain at a restaurant. People have bad days and make mistakes but this is just too consistent and food that I would neverdream of serving someone. They need new management or new employees that will serve better food. Maybe they need to pay better.I don?t know but the quality in food has seriously declined. Up until the last few months I?ve never had a complaint whenordering from there.

Did not enjoy the overcooked onion rings and chicken tenders. Fish sandwich had withered lettuce on it and smelled bad. Best tasting thing was the Sprite.

There are very few places to eat in the area on Sunday afternoons, so I?ll keep going, but the extremely slow service at this particular location, uncharacteristic for a Dairy Queen, is very disappointing. Hope you have an extra 15-20 minutes to wait foryour order (even if it?s a very small one.

Nice place to stop at and stretch your legs after driving along time.Close to Interstate 24 at Vienna. They have seating both indoors and outside.And you can never go wrong getting icecream .

The food was out quick, the cashier was super helpful and our food tasted good. It was an overall good experience. They seemed to be short staffed, but everyone was working hard. The main issues were that it wasn't very clean. The bathrooms smelled badand looked dirty and a lot of the tables were dirty.
