How am I supposed to eat without Utensils when I order UBER EATS from a HOTEL???This food taste like GARBAGE also, rice is soggy with NO flavor, the chicken is so spicy it's terrible, also tastes like something that came out of a bottle and not home made. You're in DC... make it yourself. I guess I'm Spoiled because I live near Boston.

Service was HORRIBLE I am still waiting on a call from a manager who no one could tell me their name or when they would be in so I can talk to I was told to just call and ask for manager. I booked a medium room for a birthday for 2 hours for 3/23/2024. I called a hour before to let them know we were going to be late but said still charge me for 2 hours it’s fine. We arrive the check in was chaotic and were directed up to the room. The room was hot we instantly asked could we get air conditioning in the room. The guy left and never came back. We hit the call button no answer. I had to walk down multiple times to ask for service and to top it off the karaoke machine was not working. At this point we have waste 30 min and had no service. No singing. No fun. Nothing but 14 people in a hot room. After going down for about the 3rd time a girl states she will compensate us with shots and brings 6 shots to the room for 14 people. When I complain to her about the service and how we STILL didn’t have a karaoke machine she tells me I’m being hostile and the problem is we arrived late. Us arriving late has nothing to do with your machine not working or lack of air in your room. We left before the time of our rental was even up. So disappointing!I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone and I will keep calling until I speak with a manager. I paid to sit in a hot room and no karaoke and instead of trying to help fix the situation your workers made it worse by not providing service or allowing me to speak with a manager or even get the name of the manager.

Came here for Karaoke while visiting in DC. Reservation over the phone was confusing, but was able to reserve the mini room at 9pm on Saturday night for 2 hour time slot. On Saturday we arrived 10 minutes early, we went through security (full pat down and ID check), checked in at the first level bar and then waited in a cramped and overpacked little entrance for our karaoke room to be cleaned. We were told someone was cleaning the room and didn’t get in until 9:06pm. We were told that we would still get the full 2 hours time. Once we were in our room, it was pretty disappointing. There were no comfortable seats, only barstools. The songs on the karaoke machine were basic, lacking in choices in English. There were a lot of mandarin songs. We ended up using Spotify the entire time and pulled up the lyrics. The drinks were good definitely recommend getting the pitcher of cocktails to avoid having to keep going back to the bar there is no room service for any drinks. When it was around 10:50, a woman came in and had me sign for the charges and said we need to be out at 11pm. She argued with us that she has another reservation. I understand that this is their current business model, but they really should build in time for either more speedy cleaning or designated time between reservations for cleaning. It was expensive at $40 an hour, plus tax and a mandatory gratuity just to rent the room. I understand that Saturday is a busy night, but the customer service was lacking as the communication between staff and us was unclear and confusing they clearly overpromised and under delivered on every area. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for a more enjoyable experience.

I 've ordered from this place sooo much. I always get the sashimi, I usually get the sashimi platter. This last time I got the sashimi appetizer vegetable dumplings. I have learned that this is one of the sushi places that plays with the term, white fish. Some places use it for white tuna, some use it for yellowtail etc. I got the sushimi appetizer as it was advertised as salmon, tuna, and white fish--my favorites, except not the white fish I wanted lol. This was more translucent, and half-pink. That was my gamble. Can 't really tell what the white sashimi I get in the platter is, I think its white tuna, but I won 't make the mistake again.Nice, solid slices of shaved ginger. Good if you 're sick! I do wish the sashimi came with a condiment cup like the veggie dumplings did. Veggie dumplings were fine, nice and plump.Also love that the place is open late--I 've been a night owl my whole life, so works for me!5 stars overall. I 've only been in-person once, and it was very pleasant. You need to be let in, which doesn 't take long. Lots of randos wandering around Chinatown so I get it.
