Bidra med feedbackI've eaten here a few times in the last few years and it's gone downhill. I had a reservation and upon checking in at the upstairs area, the guy said he didn't know anything any reservations but I could check in at the second desk inside. He asked if we wanted to be seated in the store facing area instead of the booths inside. We waited about 5 minutes for a table even tho I could see at least a dozen open ones. There was a spilled container of ranch dressing on the ground next to the hostess area. Many servers stepped over it to say ew but no one cleaned it up. Our server didn't seem like she wanted to be there that day but did take our orders correctly. The music was playing very loud and she could barely hear us. It was not contemporary music. The food quality was average to slightly above. May or may not return as there are many places to eat nearby.
Im a native of 43 yrs and have been eating at Unos for many years. My favorite was the Georgetown location (RIP). While there are a few staples I miss like the All American the food is still as delicious as it was 25 yrs ago! The Potato Skins are a classic a must try if youve never had them. However, the service was HORRIBLE. We waited 15 mins for a server to come greet us. Then when he did finally show up it toom another 10 mins for him to bring our sodas. Our food took so long it was crazy. We will definitely return because the food is still really amazing but the service took away from our experience.
I work for a tour agency and have to bring students to UNO’s in DC, Union Station. I am always amazed at how quickly and efficiently the staff serve our groups, no matter if 20 or 100.Food is always plentiful, hot and delicious. Kids love it.This time, we had Valencia and Amber providing service. Both of these ladies were fantastic! Courteous, quick, complied with requests immediately. We didn’t feel rushed. But, were completely satisfied and happy when we left!
Great draft beer. Nice place to wait for the train, but could be cleaner.
The deep dish pizza wasn't good. It was actually awful. Cold, dry, and burnt. The pasta dish was also cold, and the flavor...well, we never found it. The salad was the highlight, and it was just mixed lettuce and italian dressing. The server was also missing in action the whole meal. It is not somewhere we would retun.
