Karibbean Kitchen Dc - Calumet-Norvelt

Got about 3 meals worth for $8. I believe it was chicken and the plantains! Can't say enough good about the plantains some of the best I had. Hope this opens up again soon

Really cheap. got the small curry chicken and could've gotten three meals out of it. the chicken was so flavorful. the collard greens rice peas could've had more flavor, but combined this was great.

Whoever was the cook on 3/22/22 needs to be replaced they served me some weird mushy Mac and cheeses. Nobody answered the phone so I guess I have to write my concerns online. In addition, I tried j and brown stew both was nasty. The rice and plantains was good. The bartender was really nice. Overall, I wouldn’t drive 20 minutes there again.

I stopped in for the first time in a while and was greatly impressed. The staff is friendly, professional and courteous. The food is authentic and delicious and prices are very reasonable. I felt the need to give a 2nd tip after eating, as it was a ridiculously good deal for the quality.

The food was amazing!!! So flavorful and just great portions..so going back ..I had shrimp rotie..rotisserie.. my boyfriend had the j chicken phenomenal
