Dunkin' - Calumet-Norvelt

Worst customer service. See 9 people working behind counter. Waited at least 5 min at counter before someone took my order. Asked for medium black coffee with sugar on side. Got no sugar, asked for it and got attitude from staff.

The staff was friendly and my order came out quick.

Went to this dunkin this morning and the gentlemen with purple and blue hair was at the window to pay and he had such a good energy and was having a good conversation while waited for coffe and food.

I would say i’m here at least 3 or 4 mornings out of 7 to get an iced coffee at 5a and the girls working always kill it!

Ordered curbside order at 0717 today and sat at curbside for 20 minutes. Since the drive thru wasn’t busy, I leave curbside and go thru (which took less than 2 mins). I told them I’ve been waiting. All I was told pull around and the girl hand me my drink and that’s it. No one said “sorry” or even “have a good day” just “here’s your drink.” I didn’t say anything at that point because I know how the service industry is. But I was super disappointed because my drink was watered down because you could tell they made it but didn’t bring it out to me. I wasted almost $6 which I could’ve used on Starbucks for better coffee
