Food was delicious! Our server was excellent! Sorry that I don't know her name. She used to be a pastry chef. She was very attentive, paved the food and really took care of our needs, dietary and otherwise. Wonderful evening!

The dim sum is excellent, the 12 sampler of shiu mai is terrific and beautifully prepared. The Aeropuerto is really good and plentiful fried rice dish. And the pisco sours are really good and well-prepared.

Always an interesting meal at China Chilcano! The dim sum with shrimp and pork was served as tiny, crispy bags with hoisin-tamarind sauce. Delicious! One of us had the Causa Limena, which is a chicken salad with an ingenious topping; the other had Aji de Gallina, a lovely chicken stew. We shared the Ponderaciones de Kiwicha for dessert—crispy spiral cookie, banana ice cream, with Peruvian chocolate cream. A terrific meal with a very helpful server who knew we had theater tickets.

We did the sochu pairing with the tasting menu and it was outstanding! The team presenting was so knowledgeable about the woman owned distillery represented in all of the beverages served. The tasting menu was excellent! The Chef described in detail each of the items and the GM was attentively serving along with the staff all night.

The food is always amazing, i truly love the peruvian foundation with the chinese and japanese food (with a peruvian criollo touch). We had ceviche, causa limena, dimsunm, and a kiwicha dessert with chocolate. pisco sour cocktails.
