Pizzeria La Fontanella - Calp

I took few times pizza for takeaway from there. Honestly I wouldn't like to spend my time sitting inside there. It is just so not cozy there. When you want a quick snack takeaway pizzas are quite ok. Not the worst, definitely. Staff is friendly though.

Well, I normally don 't write restaurante reviews if I don 't have anything good to say. However, this one was so bad I have to say something! We went there, last week as members of a party, at a supposedly special menu of only €17 per person. I could have paid much less than that almost anywhere else in Calpe and got a much better meal! To start with, the soup was little more than frozen vegetables mixed with hot water. It was edible but only just! Then, my main course, supposedly lamb, came in the form of two tiny lamb cutlets, each being about one bite. I did wonder whether they 'd given me a child 's portion by mistake but other peoples portions were the same! The vegetables, looking suspiciously like the same ones as in the soup, were stone cold and I couldn 't eat them. Plenty of wine. One wonders whether their ploy was to get people so drunk on cheap wine they wouldn 't notice how bad the food was! I 've been to many different restaurantes in Calpe and, until now, never to one I wouldn 't mind going back to. Cheers to Pizzeria La Fontanella, you 've now broken my record! Won 't be going back!

I have Italian food loafs of times but oh my goodness this was amazing!Had pasta with four cheese sauce and it is to die for!Food is brilliant, staff are excellent and management run the place with such a relaxed feel...loved it.Can't recommend it highly enough.A definite MUST TRY at least once in your lifetime.Can't wait to go again.Thank you all.Philip in Manchester.

Excelentes pizzas; servicio muy lento. en agosto completo, con el lugar completo, es comprensible, pero un poco más de media hora desde que nos dieron cuenta hasta que tomaron la pizza a la mesa. Sí, la pizza era muy rica, y la gran masa.

La atención del gran personal muy atento, una camarera morena muy alta, las pizzas muy buenas, y la calidad ratio muy buen precio.
