Service is slow. They have one employee that has to service both the front of house and the drive through. Running back and forth trying to talk to people on the mic and at the register. It creates confusion. Also they make all cars pull through the drive through and wait out front. So the employee has to take the food out front and find what car it belongs to making service even slower

The counter employees were very helpful. They helped me redeem a reward.

Place is trash service is awful the Hispanic manger gives the guy in front of me 6 BBQ sauces and 6 ranch his order one cheeseburger combo 12 bucks. I have two meals 27.00 I ask for BBQ and ranch she gives me 2 of each I ask for more BBQ I have chicken strips she tells me I am supposed to pay for em after waiting 17 minutes for my food. I guess because I was Italian and not Hispanic. and she is racist I will not use this location again. straight ?️ ? use to be good I didn't even mind paying for it but apparently she has a problem with other colors stop hiring illegal aliens carls jr
