Taco Bell - California

I order soft shell chicken tacos and hardly in there. And when I call them they don't answer our call. We ordered 2 soft shell chicken tacis. 2 soft shell regular tacos, and 4 hard shells regular tacos and all of our tacos is not worth our money. Hardshells are saggy and all tacos are hardly anything on it.

When we pulled up, there were 3 employees outside smoking. Should have been a sign to keep driving. Ordered soft taco's and they were a mess. They had three times in normal amount of meat, lettuce and cheese. They were rolled up like burritos inside veryhard tortillas. I will never visit this wretched place again!

I had the worst experience at this restaurant. I only ordered tea and water, but the place was dirty and the staff was rude. They were out of cheddar chalupas, and I can't understand why they stopped selling wedges! I also canceled my order because I wanted to find a better deal with a box that wasn't mentioned in the specials. Despite canceling, I was still double charged. I won’t be coming back; the staff felt unprofessional and the place needs new management!

I really don't want to give this place a negative review since I visit so frequently, but I've had consistent issues with my orders this year. It's frustrating when they read the order back to me correctly, yet still manage to include ingredients I specifically requested to be removed. Additionally, there have been many occasions where items I've paid for were missing from my order. It's quite disappointing.

Some menu items were unavailable due to supply issues, but the food we did order was tasty and prepared quickly.
